Production line introduction:
The production line has introduced, digested and absorbed advanced technical concepts at home and abroad, combined with its own technical experience, combined with the current environmental protection concept, a new waste plastic film crushing, cleaning and recycling line.
Applicable plastic materials: PP, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, BOPP, etc.
Material shape: woven bag, printed LDPE film (roll, loose, bundled), agricultural film, foam and raffia...
Note: According to the material characteristics, different auxiliary equipment can be equipped.
Production line characteristics:
1. The final product has good quality. When processing PP PE film bags, the final product has a humidity of less than 5%.
2. The production line has different production capacity: 200kg/h-1500kg/h (200kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h).
3. The connecting part is made of SUS304 with a thickness of 3mm or more to ensure a long service life.
4. World famous brand components are applied to production lines - SKF bearings, Siemens contactors, Omron temperature, FUJI inverters, Siemens PLC control systems.
5. The entire production line with CE certification, ISO9001 certification.
